100% Refund

Between 24-48 hours before transfer

50% Refund

Less than 24 hours before transfer

No Refund

After the refund request is approved:

1.Submit your cancellation request via email or WhatsApp
2.Cancellation confirmation sent within 24 hours
3.Refunds for credit card payments reflect to your account within 5-7 business days
4.Refunds for bank transfers are made within 3-5 business days
